Position Overview





The Resource Coordinator is responsible for ensuring engineers within the Support department are effectively scheduled and utilized while addressing coordination or scheduling issues as they arise. This role supports a global organization across multiple time zones and works closely with internal teams and client contacts to promote timely service delivery.

Reporting to the Resource Coordination Manager, this remote position offers potential growth into either a technical or management career path based on individual strengths and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Schedule engineering calendars and support tickets for a integral support organization operating across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate IT resources to support the completion of tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinate the scheduling of work with internal resources and client contacts.
- Schedule remote and onsite technical resources through ConnectWise Manage.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT support requests, following up as needed to ensure outstanding items are completed.
