Kennedys is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our LatAm team, based in Lima. The successful candidate will support the region by identifying talent, assist with the day to day running of live vacancies and provide an excellent recruitment service to internal stakeholders and to the candidates.
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or legal environment and be able to cope working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
TEAM The Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters while the BD team supports the firm in everything related to marketing and communications, internally and externally.
Both teams are based in various locations globally across Kennedys' five regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK and the LatAm region has offices in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and a small office in Miami.
You will be working for the LatAm region, in a fast-paced, demanding, and general environment as we strive to make a difference for our people, clients and communities where we work.
THE ROLE This role will as a key link between the People and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring consistent internal and external communications while supporting initiatives that strengthen the firm's brand, enhance client engagement, and foster a positive employee experience.
This position will report jointly to the Human Resources Manager and the Business Development Manager, working in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Management
- Assist hiring managers in the region with the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies as advised
- Draft and post job adverts on the firms website and advertising platforms
- Source candidates using a variety of direct sourcing methods
- Use appropriate tools available to create and maintain market maps and candidate lists to proactively manage talent pools
- Screen direct applications and update candidates on application process, working closely with hiring managers and Sr. HR Manager LatAm to regularly communicate with candidates, in a pleasant and professional manner
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, providing an excellent service to internal stakeholders and candidates
- Support in managing successful candidates throughout the whole recruitment experience from interview to first day with the firm
- Ensure employees recruited are of a sufficiently high calibre, by constantly reviewing the most effective/efficient way of sourcing candidates
- Proactively search potential candidates for critical positions to improve our talent pipeline
- Coordinating and improving the Trainee program in different offices, ensuring we attract the best talent available in the market
- Support the communication of employee announcements, success stories, achievements, awards, and recognition.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives to strengthen Kennedys' employer brand
Communication and Marketing
- Support initiatives that enhance the firm's visibility and market positioning in the labour market
- Ensure the consistent application of the firm's brand identity across all marketing and communication materials
- Support the implementation of local and regional marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the development and updating of marketing materials and corporate presentations, coordinating with other teams
- Support the creation and distribution of newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Develop content for the intranet, newsletters, corporate emails, and other communication channels
- Support the execution of internal and external communication strategies
- Coordinate communication campaigns for regional and corporate initiatives
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with brand guidelines
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*
- Bachelor's degree in business, human sciences or arts
- Previous recruitment experience of min. 3 years, in a recruitment agency and/or professional services setting, ideally a law firm
- Previous experience or exposure to corporate internal communications
- Ability to build excellent relationships with candidates and influence them to join Kennedys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-focused approach.
- Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment
- Demonstratable organisation and time management skills with the ability to cope with the pressure of working in a fast paced, professional service firm
- Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn recruiter and other social media platforms
- Committed, enthusiastic and innovative
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
