Senior Java & Apache Flink Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Java & Apache Flink Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance, real-time data streaming pipelines and robust backend systems. You will focus on building scalable distributed architectures that process complex event streams with low latency and high reliability.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time streaming applications and data pipelines.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code to support complex backend and distributed systems.
- Collaborate on defining system architectures that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
- Integrate automated testing and robust CI/CD practices to streamline deployment workflows.




- Optimize streaming applications for efficiency, resource utilization, and throughput.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in advanced Java development and backend architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable streaming pipelines using Apache Flink.
- Solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native development and distributed systems practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
