Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving production environment
- Knowledge of plastics, automotive, or similar processes is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
