WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Advanced / Bilingual English level
- Strong reading and speaking skills
- Experience or skills in customer service
- Availability to work on-site in Downtown Lima
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide clear information about services or products.
- Maintain effective communication in English and Spanish with customers.
