Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that introduce the world to is.fun. You’ll manage digital campaigns across multiple channels — including email, paid social, and partnerships — to drive engagement and user growth. This role blends data-driven marketing strategy with creative execution, working closely with designers,



content creators, and growth engineers to build awareness and inspire creators to publish their first Ism.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
· Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative assets for marketing use
· Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization
· Manage and refine email marketing sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns
· Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase sign-ups and engagement
· Support SEO and content marketing initiatives by coordinating keyword-driven campaign content
· Manage cross-channel reporting dashboards to track conversions and growth KPIs
· Work with the product team to align marketing strategy with platform feature releases

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign manag
