Role Overview
We’re looking for a Research Analyst to study how ideas move through the is.fun ecosystem. You’ll analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and content trends to uncover what resonates, what spreads, and why.



This role blends analytical rigor with creative curiosity — turning data into insights that guide product decisions, content strategy, and platform growth.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and AI teams to translate signals from the Ism network into clear, actionable understanding.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and platform performance data
- Identify emerging trends, patterns, and correlations within the Ism network
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for product and marketing teams
- Build dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and outcomes
- Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation studies
- Partner with AI and engineering teams to design and evaluate experiments
- Produce regular reports and briefings on performance, behavior, and trend evolution

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or analytics-related roles
