Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Spanish)
Location: Remote – Latin America (Spanish-speaking regions)
Type: Full-Time Compensation: ~$500 - $1000/month base + performance incentives

About Eazybe:
We’re an innovative SaaS company that integrates WhatsApp with HubSpot, streamlining sales communication and boosting productivity. We’re expanding in Spanish-speaking markets and need a dynamic SDR to drive outbound efforts.

Responsibilities:
Identify & prospect decision-makers at companies (100+ employees) using HubSpot via tools like Apollo.io and Lusha.
Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls via VOIP, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp).
Qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings for our sales team.
Log all activities and update lead information in HubSpot.




Gather market insights and provide feedback to improve strategies.

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish & English (written & verbal).
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification (SDR or inside sales background preferred).
Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and sales tools (Apollo.io, Lusha).
Self-motivated, resilient, and adept at working remotely.
