About the role The Flight Reservations Coordinator supports Latin American reservations & local operations teams in regard to handling the region's growing flight needs. The Flight Reservations Coordinator will book, issue tickets and make changes as needed to domestic/regional flights (COGS) and repositioning flights for CEO?s for the assigned trip codes. This is a temporary role with a 3.5-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. What you?ll be doing: A.-Administer aspects of required air reservations, modifications, refunds and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner. B.-Communicate all significant details to the Reservations team, CEO?s and other relevant stakeholders in preparation for the trip. C.-Assist in building and communicating out reports to relevant
