Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Staff in their daily responsibilities.
- Develop audit protocols and ensure workflows, deadlines, and operational procedures are followed consistently.
- Lead development and implementation of new market initiatives (geographic) and continuing education courses.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and budget coordination.

Goals:
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining efficient processes, strong compliance, and high-quality student and instructor experiences.
- Grow the organization through increased enrollment, successful launch of new programs, and expansion into new markets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related business or education field preferred).
- Experience managing administrative/ educational support staff and simultaneous projects (3 years minimum).
- Teaching Experience (strongly preferred).

Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.

Other information:
- Hybrid position with office located in Santiago de Surco
- S/4000- S/6500 plus substantial performance-related bonuses for meeting business goals
- Adaptable Schedule: (M-F) between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm until 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm (depending on the time in the U.S)
- There are classes held on Saturdays. While regular Saturday work is not required, there may occasionally be a need to step in and provide coverage for the staff during vacations or sick leave.
- We work during Peruvian holidays except on Peruvian Independence Day, and Thursday and Friday of holy week. We get most U.S. holidays off.
