We're seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects in the renewable energy and power infrastructure sector. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning through execution while leading high-performing teams across utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), substations, EV charging, and other energy infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day execution of utility-scale energy construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and cost controls
- Oversee field operations and coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive project safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and project profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a positive project culture





What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within renewable energy, solar, battery storage, power delivery, electrical construction, or related industries
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of estimating, procurement, project controls, and cost accounting
- Experience working with union labor environments preferred
- Knowledge of labor agreements, workforce planning, and labor rate calculations
- Proven leadership experience managing field and project teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project assignments

Project based position. First site will be Enterprise, NV and then moving to Boulder City, NV in November.
