Role Description The Parent Academy Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, with a combination of onsite work and some remote work. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and delivery of Parent Academy programs that equip families with tools to support their Scholars’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning workshops and educational sessions, managing program schedules, communicating regularly with parents and caregivers,



and ensuring resources are accessible and culturally responsive. The Parent Academy Supervisor collaborates closely with CORE staff, school partners, and community organizations to identify family needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve program content and delivery. The role also includes monitoring participation and outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on program effectiveness to leadership.
Qualifications
- Program coordination and supervision skills, including experience managing educational or family-focused initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents, caregivers, students, staff, and community partners.
