ervice Desk / IT Support – Conversational English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and manage IT incidents and service requests.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and execute documented recovery procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
- Provide remote technical support to end users and accurately document each interaction.
- Escalate incidents to specialized support teams when required.
- Use knowledge bases, runbooks, and ITSM tools to efficiently resolve incidents.




- Collaborate with technical teams in a 24x7 IT operations environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, L1/L1.5 Support, NOC, or IT Call Center environments.
- Experience managing tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, and Change Management.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, RDP, SSH, and/or remote support tools.
- Conversational English – MANDATORY / NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts aligned with Spain working hours.

Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly valued:
- AS/400 (IBM iSeries)
- Databases, middleware, or cloud platforms
- Basic auto
