Role Description The Director of Guest Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest service operations. This role leads and mentors Guest Services teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, hospitality-focused service and elevated guest experiences.



Daily responsibilities include managing front office and reservations activities, setting and monitoring service standards and performance metrics, handling complex guest issues, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns. The Director collaborates with other departments to coordinate guest services, optimize occupancy, and support revenue and budgeting goals, while maintaining compliance with brand standards and local regulations. This position also focuses on training, coaching, and workforce scheduling to support team effectiveness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of improving guest experiences.
- Experience in Reservations and front office operations, including managing booking processes and coordinating with sales and operations teams.
