Main Goal

The purpose of this position is to lead and integrate all Product Development activities for Hazera in South American for all the crops in the territory. You are responsible for driving the commercial success of Hazera’s vegetable seed portfolio by managing both pre-commercial and commercial trials, building strong customer relationships, and serving as the local crop expert. The position bridges technical product development with market-driven sales initiatives to maximize market presence, customer satisfaction, and business growth across the assigned territory.



You will be a member of the commercial division, reporting directly to Product Development Manager in LATAM.

Job Description

Co-create, support, and execute the Product Development Manager’s strategic plan for your area.
Strengthen grower networks and conduct targeted outreach to expand Hazera’s market presence.
Analyze market trends and participate in variety advancements decisions to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.
Take full responsibility for all pre-, and -commercial trials: planning, grower identification, contracting, sowing, transplanting, and evaluation.
Ensure trials and field activities comply with Hazera guidelines
Collect and process trial evaluation data, providing weekly updates and monthly reports.
Define value proposition and selling points for each new variety.
