Staff Product Designer at BairesDev

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end evolution of our product experiences, from initial discovery to final delivery. You will champion design excellence by balancing user needs with business strategy to create impactful, high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do
- Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, transforming complex problems into elegant,



user-centric solutions.
- Conduct deep user research and synthesis to validate concepts and drive product strategy.
- Foster cross-functional synergy between engineering, product, and design teams to streamline shipping workflows.
- Implement Design Ops initiatives to optimize internal design processes and team efficiency.
- Define the long-term design vision while overseeing the execution of critical product features.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a related senior design role.
- Proven expertise in Figma and establishing scalable design systems.
- Demonstrated experience owning the end-to-end product experience from discovery to shipping.
- Strong background in product strategy and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency in Design Ops and collaborating across cross-functional teams at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
