We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Operations Specialist to manage and optimize customer data import. In this role, you will process raw customer information, organize and clean it using AI tools, and ensure accurate uploading to our software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently process raw customer data and transform it into clean, structured datasets using AI prompting workflows and automation tools.
- Accurately upload and import formatted data into our software platform and internal database.
- Work self-sufficiently to manage daily data queues and consistently meet processing deadlines.
- Provide concise updates and communicate via email with the USA team as needed.

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of remote/online experience in Customer Success Operations, Data Onboarding, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent advanced English (with exceptional written communication skills).
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools, basic automation, and modern software platforms.
- Attention to detail and strong data organization skills.
- High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently to meet recurring deadlines.
