The Job

As a Corporate or Property Inventory Data Management Specialist you will be responsible for all inventory management operations in accordance with the guidelines established through the department policies and procedures and KPI's. You will also collaborate daily with the Warehouse and Inventory teams at each property and the entire General Procurement Department. The Inventory Data Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring current inventory valuations, receiving and updating documents, par level maintenance, item stock control, recipe and profile management, inventory adjustment corrections,



and ensuring quantities that appear in the inventory management system are accurate for replenishment ordering and planning. They will be the primary Customer contact for all inventory-related issues and will coordinate, manage and communicate all aspects of inventory control required to maintain a high level of Customer confidence and satisfaction. The Inventory Management Data Specialist will work with the appropriate warehouse and property teams to identify, investigate, resolve, report and communicate inventory related matters.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 per hour

The Day-to-day
- Responsible for completing all inventory transactions daily including but not limited to; par level management, item stock control in all warehouses, warehouse and cost transfer updates, PO receiving, inventory adjustments, and COGS and inventory reporting.
