OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Supervisar y controlar las actividades de preparación de muestras durante el turno, asegurando la correcta distribución del trabajo, trazabilidad de los lotes y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de ALS, así como de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, productividad y tiempo de respuesta (TAT).

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

Supervisión de la operación

- Distribuir el trabajo y supervisar las tareas de recepción, secado, chancado, cuarteo, pulverizado, tamizado y demás actividades de preparación mecánica durante el turno.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, instrucciones, normas, parámetros operativos y controles de limpieza, evitando contaminación cruzada y pérdida de trazabilidad.
- Realizar seguimiento a la producción, prioridades y avance de lotes, redistribuyendo recursos cuando sea necesario para cumplir el TAT y los estándares de productividad y calidad.
- Verificar el orden y limpieza de las áreas, así como el uso confiable y eficiente de equipos.
