About the role: We are seeking an Inbound Leads Specialist to manage warm lead outreach for a group of CrossFit clinics. This is not a cold-calling role; you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have already expressed interest or filled out a lead generation form. Your primary objective is to have meaningful conversations within five minutes of a lead coming in and successfully booking them for their first introductory meeting. This role is about human connection and "aspirational selling" rather than aggressive, high-pressure tactics.
