The position will be based in Lima, Peru.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Services Intern you will:

Support the processing and management of customer purchase orders;
Coordinate product deliveries and dispatch schedules with production plants and internal stakeholders;
Assist with customer invoicing and delivery documentations;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to help improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
Provide remote support to customers by responding to inquiries and helping resolve routine issues;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and supply chain processes;
