Role Description The Jefe de Ventas (Saneamiento y Minería) is a full-time role responsible for leading sales efforts focused on clients in the sanitation and mining sectors. Based in Surco with a hybrid work model, the role combines on-site collaboration with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with industrial clients.



The Jefe de Ventas will design and execute sales strategies, oversee pricing and negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions. This role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring that sales objectives are met in line with company standards.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets.
Proven Account Management experience in industrial sectors such as sanitation, mining, or related areas.
Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate client needs, and support strategic decision-making.
