We are currently looking for HR Graduate Intern
Your impact on our team:
Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, helping ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new employees.
You will contribute to the timely fulfillment of business staffing needs while promoting a positive employee experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
What will you do in this role?
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for intern and assistant-level positions.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, onboarding, and induction activities for new hires.
Support candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring accurate records and timely process execution.
Collaborate in the implementation of organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
What we are looking for:
Education: Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience or exposure to Talent Acquisition processes.
English proficiency at C1 level is required (mandatory).
