What You'll Do

Lead, supervise, and actively motivate the team of operators assigned to live streaming, ensuring continuity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Monitor performance in real-time on the ground, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Evaluate daily performance against established KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience leading or coordinating large teams, ideally in BPO, field operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors. Fluent in English (B2/C1 minimum) with the ability to communicate effectively in corporate and multicultural environments. Technical or university studies in Administration, Communication Sciences, Psychology, Hospitality, or related fields.

What We Offer

Full-time position with rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday,



requiring total availability for weekly or biweekly rotation among morning, afternoon, and night shifts. On-site work is required at locations in Magdalena del Mar and Miraflores.
