? We're Hiring: Lead, Client Assessment & Innovation
? Remote | Reports directly to the President
Are you passionate about deep financial analysis, direct client engagement, and driving AI-powered process innovation? We're looking for someone to own our end-to-end financial assessment process (FOA) — from first prospect contact through a structured handoff to the onboarding team.
What you'll do:
? Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects during the assessment phase (document intake, follow-ups, agreement coordination)
? Own execution of the Financial Opportunities Assessment (FOA): analyzing financial statements, working capital, cash flow, job costing/WIP, intercompany structures, and more
? Build a standardized internal risk profile for each client (financial, operational, and engagement-fit risk)
? Prepare a complete, structured handoff package for the onboarding team
? Lead AI-driven initiatives with significant autonomy: new tools, process automation, workflow improvements
? Act as the internal check on data security and proper handling of sensitive financial data as new AI tools are adopted
? Support and train the analyst team on AI workflows and best practices
What we're looking for:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analyst roles
✅ Strong communication skills to lead financial discussions directly with clients
✅ Demonstrated ability to lead projects from start to finish, with autonomy and minimal oversight
Nice to have:
⭐ Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting
⭐ Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA)
⭐ Aptitude for applying AI tools to financial workflows, with sound judgment on data security and confidentiality
⭐ Familiarity with the construction and/or food/ag industries
