Role Description The Technical Bakery Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for providing technical support and expertise on enzyme applications in bakery and related food processes. This role includes developing and optimizing formulations, conducting trials with customers and internal teams,



and interpreting results to recommend enzyme solutions that improve product quality, shelf life, and production efficiency. The specialist will prepare technical documentation, application guidelines, and training materials, and will collaborate closely with sales, R&D;, and quality teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical inquiries, troubleshooting process issues, assisting with product demonstrations, and contributing to the adaptation of global technologies to local market requirements. The role may involve occasional travel to customer facilities, pilot plants, or industry events.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge in bakery science, food technology, or related fields, including dough rheology, fermentation, and ingredient functionality.
