About the job
More than 4 years of kitchen work experience, excellent culinary skills, familiar with kitchen cooking processes, reasonable division of labor to effectively achieve work goals, strong sense of responsibility, understanding of food safety, disinfection, and refrigerator management.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To supervise and organize employee health and good preparation before a meal and daily work and other posts vacant post, is responsible for the health form.
- Supervise various areas: water, electricity, gas, open: customs inspection work.
- Daily meat, vegetables cut into the side and curing work completion
- Ensure the taste and quality of buffet dishes
- Assist superiors in achieving daily wor
