Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Remote, Peru

Milspec Talent is hiring on behalf of a growing US-based equipment company that helps American customers solve their equipment problems. We're looking for motivated, English-fluent SDRs in Peru to join the team remotely.

What You'll Do
- Call warm and prior US customers Monday-Friday to help uncover their equipment issues
- Follow a proven call script while holding natural, confident conversations in English
- Make 40-80 calls per day plus follow-ups
- Identify customer needs and connect them with the right solutions
- Log call outcomes and activity in the CRM

Compensation
- $4-5/hour USD base pay
- Unlimited performance bonuses — earn at least $10 for every successful close, with no cap on monthly earnings
- Paid monthly
- Paid training provided, plus regular one-on-one coaching to sharpen your skills

Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Lima time during US summer)
- 40 hours/week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch




- 10 paid US holidays per year
- Long-term contractor position

What You Need
- English mastery — fluent, clear spoken English and strong grammar
- Reliable internet (50+ Mbps) and a working computer with headset
- A quiet, professional environment for making calls
- Backup internet/power source preferred
- A great attitude — coachable, hungry to learn, and motivated to grow
- Sales or call center experience is a plus; HubSpot experience is a plus — we train you either way
