What You'll Do
Gather and document business and technological processes related to digital channels and payment ecosystems. Analyze functional requirements for initiatives related to digital payments, ensuring alignment between business and technology. Create user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin, and participate in agile ceremonies such as Scrum.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis. Proficiency in documenting business processes and functional requirements. Experience with tools like Jira and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Basic English communication skills.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with office attendance required 2 to 4 times a month. The company values skills and qualifications over demographic factors.
