Job Description:
Programme Implementation and Monitoring:
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned implementation tasks, including capacity building, training, and coaching of community partners and Child Protection (CP) structures. Prior to implementation, guarantee that all required materials and tools are adequately prepared, technically sound, contextually relevant, and user-friendly.
- During emergency responses, provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure activities are implemented in compliance with recognized humanitarian and child protection standards, including SPHERE Standards, Inter-Agency Guidelines for Case Management,



and the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action.
- Conduct regular (monthly) field monitoring visits to assess quality, adherence to standards, and effectiveness of interventions. Respond proactively to concerns raised by CP Committees and volunteers by providing targeted technical support and mentorship.
- Undertake routine beneficiary monitoring to evaluate knowledge retention, behavioral uptake, and utilization of key protection messages and services. Prepare and submit analytical monitoring reports to the Protection Manager, identifying strengths, gaps, and performance trends among community partners, and collaboratively develop corrective action and quality improvement plans.
