Role Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that introduce the world to is.fun. You’ll manage digital campaigns across multiple channels — including email, paid social, and partnerships — to drive engagement and user growth. This role blends data-driven marketing strategy with creative execution, working closely with designers, content creators, and growth engineers to build awareness and inspire creators to publish their first Ism.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels· Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative assets for marketing use· Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization· Manage and refine email marketing sequences, newsletters,



and lifecycle campaigns· Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase sign-ups and engagement· Support SEO and content marketing initiatives by coordinating keyword-driven campaign content· Manage cross-channel reporting dashboards to track conversions and growth KPIs· Work with the product team to align marketing strategy with platform feature releases

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management· Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation tools· Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms· Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and conversion funnel strategy· Experience collaborating across creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution

Nice to Have

· Experience with AI or creative tech brands· Background in growth marketing or product-led acquisition· Familiarity with influencer or community-based campaign strategies
