Job Description:
- Lead design and implementation of the M&E; system across Response projects developing and overseeing M&E; frameworks, indicators, data collection tools, and reporting systems.
- Oversee data quality reporting supervising data validation processes ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely results reports.
- Strengthen learning, accountability, and evaluation processes coordinating evaluations, lessons-learned exercises, and feedback mechanisms to improve program performance and accountability.
- Monitor project implementation and performance using mixed methods (qualitative, quantitative, participatory)



for regular monitoring of project activities and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain Indicator Tracking Tables (ITTs) and ensuring high-quality reporting through updated and validated data from project teams and partners to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting.
- Provide M&E; technical support, training, and data quality assurance to field teams and partners building capacity of field staff and stakeholders through training on M&E; tools, data collection, and reporting standards.
- Support adaptation of logframes, technical approaches, and indicator frameworks with technical/emergency teams to refine logframes, define context-appropriate indicators, and ensure alignment with program objectives and donor requirements.
