What will you do?
- Oversee the daily activities of the Client Portfolio Compliance Kuala Lumpur team, ensuring all controls are accurately and completely performed within the system.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Division (HOD) and Head of Line (HOL) to apply the operational strategy for CACEIS effectively.
- Lead and execute projects aligned with the Client Portfolio Compliance team strategy as agreed with the HOD and HOL.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure comprehensive risk coverage across the business.
- Manage the team efficiently to ensure all services are delivered accurately and timely.
- Drive the development and management of staff and organizational capabilities.
- Act as the escalation point for the team to resolve any arising issues promptly.
- Foster strong team interaction and communication to support operational excellence.
