Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives across multiple departments

in Peru and the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, resilient, and results-driven professional capable of

owning multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, driving hiring strategies, influencing

hiring decisions, and consistently delivering top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth

environment. This role requires exceptional ownership, adaptability, and the ability to

perform under ambitious hiring objectives.

The mission of this role is to build high-performing teams by leading the entire

recruitment operation—from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and

onboarding—while strengthening our employer brand and continuously improving

hiring processes that support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments in Peru and the United

States.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, universities, referrals,

social media, and additional recruitment channels.
- Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while consistently achieving hiring

targets and recruitment KPIs.
