JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering organization and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, modern software solutions.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for an engineer who is comfortable working across the entire application stack and who can quickly become productive in new technologies and codebases. While our current environment includes technologies such as Go and TypeScript, we are looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals and a broad technical background rather than expertise in a single language or framework.
The idóneo candidate has experience building distributed systems, modern web applications, and cloud-native platforms, and is equally comfortable contributing to backend services, frontend applications, integrations, and architecture discussions. They understand that technologies evolve, and they have demonstrated the ability to successfully adapt throughout their career.

Please note:



you must have at least 6+ years with Go and TypeScript and hands on experience building and delivering production applications to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Hands-on software delivery – Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality software across backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations, contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.
Full-stack engineering – Work across multiple layers of the platform, including user interfaces, backend services, distributed systems, data persistence, and cloud infrastructure, adapting to the technologies required by each project.
Architecture & technical design – Participate in system design and architectural discussions, helping build scalable, maintainable, secure, and resilient solutions while balancing technical and business priorities.
Distributed systems development – Design and implement applications based on microservices, microfrontends,
