As a Product Designer, you will be at the heart of Ravn's engineering process that empowers high-performance teams to quickly develop and deliver exceptional products. We are focused on solving the hardest, most interesting challenges of designingsoftware at scale. We are also passionate about the intersection of Design andEngineering and care deeply about the benefits of improving collaboration and communicationusing designsystems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems for clients in the US.
You will work on building delightful user experiences for web and native mobile products, creating UI Kits, and using design systems to deliver solutions that can be validated, in close collaboration with engineering team membersand stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, a related design field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Proficiency working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Experience using and building design systems
- Strong understandingof responsive web or native mobile designs
- Strong ability to define scalable information architecture ofmobile and web products using common UX patterns
