Active MD or DO license in the applicable state. Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following: Internal Medicine Family Medicine Adult Gerontology Infectious Disease Active DEA registration and furnishing/prescribing authority as required by state regulations. Prior experience diagnosing, treating, and managing HIV/AIDS patients in an outpatient primary care environment. Ability and willingness to maintain a patient volume of approximately 15-18 patients per day. Current CPR/BLS certification. Commitment to obtaining or maintaining AAHIVM (American Academy of HIV Medicine) Certification within 18 months of hire.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Current AAHIVM Certification. Previous Medical Director, Lead Physician, or clinical leadership experience. Experience caring for underserved, LGBTQ+, or high-risk patient populations. Knowledge of HIV prevention programs, including PrEP and PEP management. Experience participating in quality improvement initiatives, population health programs, and clinical outcome reporting.



Familiarity with value-based care models and interdisciplinary care teams. Experience mentoring physicians, advanced practice providers, or medical staff.
