About The Role
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our team in Chilca, Lima, providing engineering and maintenance leadership across our operations.
This is a senior pivotal role. You will be accountable for delivering safe, cost-effective engineering and maintenance outcomes that support the site’s safety, quality, reliability and equipment availability targets.
Your role will be part of the Bradken strategy by optimising assets, resources and maintenance strategies while supporting the ongoing improvement of our operations.
You will lead the planning and execution of capital projects, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, asset critical risk management and engineering standards. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the reliability and performance of a major manufacturing operation while leading a multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance team.
In This Role, You Will
