About the roleThe Financial Controller will prepare and reconcile monthly close activity, maintain SLT cost tracking and the weekly cash flash report,



keep QuickBooks data clean and consistent, and coordinate (not formally supervise) submissions from the Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, and country accountants. The CFO retains ownership of financial strategy, budgeting, payroll, QuickBooks architecture, internal-control design, and the external audit relationship. This role is the reliable execution layer that makes those decisions possible ? accurate, timely, and well-organized ? while building the track record to grow into a Controller role as the organization and budget allow.
What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?
- Monthly Close Support - Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (bank, credit card, intercompany) for CFO review; follow the established close calendar and flag items that need CFO decision.
