Lead AI Engineer (Machine Learning) at BairesDev

As a Lead AI Engineer (Machine Learning), you will drive the technical direction and execution of advanced AI initiatives, aligning cutting-edge models with enterprise goals. You will act as a key technological pillar, mentoring engineering teams while helping stakeholders understand and implement generative and classical machine learning strategies.

What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and machine learning engineering teams.
- Lead the design,



evaluation, and production deployment of scalable generative AI and transformer-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver enterprise-wide AI and machine learning strategies.
- Establish best practices for model optimization, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented workflows.
- Architect high-performance, maintainable code structures to support complex data and model pipelines.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies, including Transformers, RAG, and LLMs.
- Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring team members and stakeholder alignment.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and delivering AI & GenAI strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
