Position: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Client Follow-Up & Relationship Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
Lunch: 1-hour lunch break
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish required. English is highly preferred.
About the Position
We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Client Follow-Up & Relationship Specialist to join our real estate team.
This is NOT a cold-calling position.
The person in this role will work primarily with our existing database, including past clients, leads, referrals, buyers, sellers, investors, and people who have previously had contact with our team.
The main goal is to maintain consistent communication, strengthen relationships, identify potential buying, selling, or investment opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our agents.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with people already in our database.
Communicate through phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain relationships with past clients and prospects.
Identify people who may be considering buying, selling, or investing in real estate.




Listen carefully and ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs, motivation, and timeline.
Nurture leads who are not yet ready to make a decision.
Re-engage older leads and contacts.
Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
Keep all notes, conversations, follow-up dates, and next steps updated in the CRM.
Complete assigned follow-up tasks daily.
Keep the database organized and make sure no opportunity is overlooked.
Communicate important opportunities and client needs to the team.
Work consistently toward weekly and monthly goals for conversations, follow-ups, appointments, and opportunities generated.
