Are you a Senior Project Manager and have been through the whole development cycle at least once? Are you able to understand the client’s requirements and turn problems into solutions? Have you made a lot of the simplest mistakes and learned from them?

Do you have design and Front End experience? We are searching for someone to work and lead our team of designers and web developers to bring creative solutions to our clients. You must be Design-oriented, and have impeccable taste and knowledge of UI/UX.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop the forecast of the projects in charge.
- Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
- Verify the viability and prepare budgets, equipment, and resources.
- Identify and manage projects to ensure that delivery arrives on time.
- Ensure compliance by your team with established methodologies and processes.
- Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.
- Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project.




- Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
- Experience and a good understanding of Design, UX/UI, Web Development, APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc).
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge. HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap jQuery, Ajax, SEO and web analytics.
- Intermediate system design knowledge. Illustrator, Photoshop, XD or Figma.
- Experience implementing unit testing in the code.
- Understanding of Version Control Tools.
- Advanced English level.

The job is completely in English and interacting in emails (written) and in zoom meetings (conversational) English.

- Excellent communication skills to contact and follow up with high expectation clients. This is a 90% remote work and 10% in-office position. We help you with the Hardware setup for you to work from home.
