You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us

The Day-to-day
- Manage the department's guest service standards, guest service initiatives, and productivity standards
- Coach the leadership team to optimize performance and develop department-wide solutions to improve the guest experience
- Lead significant improvement initiatives and processes to enhance performance for employees and leaders
- Provide input on the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, standards, technology, and processes to maintain a competitive position and anticipate changing customer needs in a complex hospitality and gaming environment
- Lead experienced leaders in implementing and sustaining policies, operating procedures, directives, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement
