The primary responsibility of the Sr Engineer – AI is to play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across our organization. Our AI Strategy and Digital Automation Team is at the forefront of exploring emerging technologies and developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance our services, improve customer experience, and drive our business forward.

This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Nevada state law. It is paid on a salary basis and is not eligible for overtime.

- Architect and develop autonomous agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Vertex AI Agent Engine, LangChain, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Develop scalable, asynchronous APIs using FastAPI and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize secure connections between agents and external enterprise data and tools.
- Implement hybrid retrieval pipelines using Vertex AI Vector Search for semantic lookup and Knowledge/Context Graphs (e.g., Neo4j) to manage long-term user memory and complex relationship mapping.
