Responsibilities
- Conduct market, workforce, and competitive research to support business initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop and present research findings, reports, dashboards,



and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Investigate market dynamics, labor market conditions, industry developments, and workforce trends.
- Support the design, execution, and interpretation of research studies and intelligence projects.
- Validate, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Create and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business challenges and deliver intelligence-driven solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
