The Job
The Talent Acquisition Sr Partner will drive a high-touch, proactive, and consultative full life-cycle search process for MGM Resorts International in order to attract and engage best-in-class senior leadership talent. This role will help to continue to evolve executive recruitment as a center of excellence (COE) through developing our people, processes and tools. This will include, but is not limited to, developing effective sourcing strategies (including third party search partners), delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and ensuring utilization of standardized selection and evaluation procedures.
The candidate will be required to collaborate with various stakeholder groups,



including human resources, marketing, social media, sourcing, diversity, organizational culture, employee engagement and guest experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.
The Day-to-day
- Advise hiring leaders on search strategy, effective and efficient search processes, and market/hiring trends
- Manages full lifecycle recruiting process from end-to-end; including conducting initial client briefings, identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, analyzing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, recommending qualified candidates and coordinating job offer negotiation
- Source, attract, and deliver highly qualified passive candidates
- Assess candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, execute candidate follow–up and feedbac
