The Program:

Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way. Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data and develop reports using advanced Excel to support decision‑making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute assigned projects and initiatives with a high level of ownership, accountability, and strong follow‑through.
- Communicate progress, insights,



and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Apply structured and analytical thinking to solve business problems and support category strategy development.

Education and Experience Required:

- Currently enrolled university student (7th semester or above) pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering / Technology Business Administration or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
- We are looking for candidates who are expected to graduate in mid-2027. (Mandatory)

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong adaptability to technology, with exposure to AI and automation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Clear and assertive communication skills.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- High level of ownership and execution capability.
