- Manage with the Central Hub (OpenPay MX) the application of detection rules and security filters in monitoring tools to identify fraud patterns early
- Detect and identify fraud prevention actions and propose technological fraud mitigation measures for the acquiring product
- Analyze the most relevant fraud cases
- Supervise and control that the assigned functions of the aggregator rules monitoring team are performed correctly
- Participate in project shaping that may impact fraud management
- Prepare fraud event reports
- Recover revenue lost through fraud by coordinating with internal teams and service providers
- Coordinate with the commercial team on the best Opencontrol configuration to improve conversion
- Track and monitor assigned fraud metrics
- Perform other duties related to the role and continuous improvement

Requirements

- Visa and/or work permit and/or residence permit may be required if applying from outside the country
