Role Overview
In this role as Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the right hand to our MD and as the glue that holds our team together. You will engage with clients and candidates, play a key role in setting executive search strategies for various contexts, coordinate key projects and talent search engagements to ensure everything runs smoothly, while also managing executive scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
This position offers the opportunity to engage with both internal stakeholders and external clients/candidates, acting as a professional representative of ZRG in meetings, calls, and correspondence; while maintaining high organizational standards, handling logistics, documentation, and follow-ups promptly.
Fluency in English and Spanish is critical for effectively communicating across our global network and with local clients. We seek a service-oriented individual who aligns with ZRG’s purpose in strategic talent and leadership advisory and is excited to contribute to a purpose-driven, agile team.

Key Experiences & Qualifications
Experience & Education: 2+ years of experience as Project Coordinator, Client Experience Analyst/Manager or in a similar support role required; 2-4 years supporting senior executives or teams in fast-paced professional environments (consulting, financial services, technology, extractives) preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) preferred.
Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to support and track projects from start to finish—maintaining project plans, organizing files, and following up on team action items. Ideally has experience with Agile project methods or has implemented processes that improved team efficiency and client service. Experienc
