We are seeking a Customer Service Professional who thrives in client-facing environments where accuracy, follow-through, and clear communication drive results. In this role, you will support U.S.-based clients across a range of operational functions — from customer and client account management, to property coordination, claims processing, workflow administration, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for U.S.-based clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and update records, databases, and operational files with accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate workflows, follow up on open items, and keep operations on track.
- Support scheduling, property coordination, claims processing, or client account management depending on client needs.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for internal teams and clients.
- Monitor work queues, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Follow defined SOPs and escalate issues appropriately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with client protocols.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to keep operations running efficiently.
